How do I make a booking?
Simply scroll to our booking section, fill in your details including name, phone number, preferred date and time, select your package, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation message with your booking ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment at the venue after your event. No online payment or advance payment is required at the time of booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept same-day bookings subject to availability.
What is included in each package?
Each package includes:
- Basic Plan (₹499): AC Private Theatre for up to 2 guests
- Standard Plan (₹999): AC Private Theatre, Fog Entry, Games, OTT for up to 4 guests
- Basic Royal (₹1,499): AC Private Theatre, Fog Entry, Games, OTT, Props, Blaster for up to 4 guests
- Royal Experience (₹2,499): AC Private Theatre, Fog Entry, OTT, Games, Half Kg Cake, Welcome Juice, Snacks for up to 10 guests
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
How does the loyalty program work?
Every booking earns you one loyalty stamp. Collect 10 stamps to unlock a 20% discount on your next booking. You can check your loyalty card status by entering your phone number in the loyalty section.
Can I bring my own food and decorations?
Yes! You can bring your own food, cake, and decorations. Some packages include complimentary items, but you're welcome to customize your experience. Please mention any special requests in the booking form.
What movies or content can we watch?
Packages with OTT access include popular streaming platforms. You can watch movies, shows, or any content of your choice. You can also bring your own content via USB or HDMI.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
Each package has a maximum guest limit (2, 4, or 10 guests depending on the package). There is no strict minimum, but packages are priced per booking, not per person.
How do I use a coupon code?
During booking, select "Yes, I have a coupon" and enter your coupon code (e.g., UNQ-XXXX). Click verify to apply the discount. The discount will be reflected in your total amount.
What if I arrive late?
Please try to arrive on time as your slot duration is fixed. Late arrivals may result in reduced time for your experience. If you're running late, please contact us immediately.
Can I extend my booking duration?
Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us during your booking if you'd like to extend your time.
Is parking available?
