Private Theater Terms & Conditions

1. General Usage

• The private theater is intended for entertainment purposes only (movies, celebrations, gaming, etc.).
• Customers must use the space responsibly and respect the property.

2. Strict Prohibited Activities 🚫

The following are strictly NOT allowed inside the premises:

• Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, etc.)
• Alcohol consumption
• Drugs or any illegal substances
• Any form of illegal or inappropriate activities
• Damage to property or equipment
• Loud disturbances affecting neighboring areas

👉 If any of the above rules are violated, the session will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Booking & Timing ⏱️

• Booking time starts and ends as per the scheduled slot.
• Late arrivals will not result in extension of time.
• Overtime usage will be charged additionally.

4. Payment Policy 💳

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm booking.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Damages & Responsibility ⚠️

• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or décor.
• Charges will be applied accordingly.

6. Decoration & Add-ons 🎉

• Any decoration or special setup must be pre-booked.
• Outside decorations are allowed only with prior permission.

7. Privacy & Safety 🔐

• CCTV surveillance may be present outside the premises for security purposes only.

8. Cleanliness 🧼

• Please maintain cleanliness inside the room.
• Food waste or decorations should be disposed of properly.

9. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of rule violations or misconduct.

10. Agreement

By booking our private theater, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
